Last season’s beaten finalists Hydel High, are determined to do one better this year as they search for their first Manning Cup title. An inspirational super sub-performance by Sean-John Curchar brought the Homestead crowd alive as he assisted within seconds of coming on and a minute later added his name to the scoresheet.

Eltham High continued their footballing resurgence as they defeated Dunoon Technical 5-0 and remained atop Zone A.

St. Andrew Technical High School defeated Camperdown 2-0 and moved to seven points as they continue to lead the pack for Zone D.

Vauxhall High again showed resilience as they held Calabar High to a goalless draw and remained second after yet another stellar home performance.
